Preparation


Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350 F, or 175 C.

Step 2

In a large bowl- combine brownie mix, 2 eggs, veggie oil, water & chocolate chips.

Step 3

Stir with a fork until combined.

Step 4

Pour into a 9 x 13 (pre-sprayed with non-stick) and smooth evenly.

Step 5

In a medium bowl- beat cream cheese, 1 egg & confectioner’s sugar until smooth.

Step 6

Mix in raspberry extract.

Step 7

Spoon mixture onto brownie mix. Using a butter knife swirl the cheesecake mixture into brownies.

Step 8

Bake 30 minutes.


Serving

That's it, sit back and be ready to relax and have a nice piece of a delicious treat.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownies

The ultimate combination in brownies, chocolate and peanut butter.


Ingredients

Brownies
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter
7 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup roasted salted peanuts, coarsely chopped

 

Frosting and ganache
1 cup chunky peanut butter (do not use natural or old-fashioned)
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, divided, room temperature
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped
